Madsen’s Greenhouse was the perfect location for this stunning,
timeless 1950s inspired wedding.
The absolutely beautiful Felicia was definitely a bride that took notes from the 1950s when she planned her wedding day and bridal look. She wore a vintage style birdcage veil and her hair fell in soft waves and curls that suited the veil perfectly. I feel like she barely needed a stitch of makeup, she was so naturally beautiful! We continued with that 1950s style and the Fancy Face artists gave Felicia a thick, black winged eyeliner to compliment her more pronounced eyebrows. Instead of doing the typical red 50s lip, we modernized it slightly with a more neutral lip colour. With the gorgeous dress choice that fell beautifully on the bride, her hair and makeup really complimented that 1950s vibe well.
The grooms lovely deep blue tux, the pops of red in the floral decor and Felicia’s shoes and the beautiful wood and brick at Madsen’s Greenhouse truly gave the whole wedding a perfectly timeless feel and look with a 1950s flair. | vendors listed below |
